1.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by NxtDaddy.com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Teave Business Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name NxtDaddy.com, a product of Laraware Group. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and all associated services.
1.2 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Indian laws
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
1.3 Services Offered
NxtDaddy.com offers the following categories of services:
- Domain Registration: Registration, renewal, and management of domain names across various TLDs
- Web Hosting: Shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, and managed WordPress hosting
- Website Builder: SaaS-based drag-and-drop website creation tool with templates and e-commerce capabilities
- Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC advertising, content marketing, and performance campaigns
- SSL Certificates, Email Hosting, CDN, and ancillary technical services
1.4 Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@nxtdaddy.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. NxtDaddy.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
1.5 Service Activation & Delivery
- Domain registration is activated upon successful payment verification and ICANN/registry approval
- Hosting services are provisioned within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation
- Website Builder access is granted immediately upon successful subscription payment
- Digital Marketing services commence as per the mutually agreed project timeline
1.6 Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated
- Payment must be made in full prior to service activation for prepaid plans
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and select digital wallets
- All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
- Invoice/receipt will be provided upon successful payment
1.7 Auto-Renewal Policy
Certain services including domain registrations and hosting plans are set to auto-renew by default unless explicitly disabled by the user in the control panel. We will send renewal reminders 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days prior to expiry. The auto-renewal charge will be processed from your saved payment method. NxtDaddy.com shall not be liable for service interruption or domain expiry resulting from payment failure during auto-renewal.
1.8 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform or any service for:
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or conducting social engineering attacks
- Mining cryptocurrency or conducting distributed computing on hosting infrastructure
- Hosting websites that facilitate gambling, adult content (unless expressly permitted), or pyramid schemes
- Any activity that violates the IT Act, 2000, POCSO Act, or any other applicable Indian or international law
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the Platform
1.9 Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services with or without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law
- Payment is overdue by more than 15 days
- We receive a valid legal order from a competent authority
- Your account activity poses a security risk to the Platform or other users
Upon termination, you remain liable for all amounts due. Data may be retained for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion.
1.10 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Teave Business Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
1.11 Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, registries, CDN providers). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
1.12 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not covered by arbitration.
1.14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
