Website Builder / SaaS Terms
7.1 License Grant
NxtDaddy.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Website Builder platform ("Builder") solely for creating, editing, and publishing websites for your personal or business use.
7.2 Subscription Plans
- The Builder is available on monthly and annual subscription plans
- Feature availability depends on the selected plan tier (Starter, Business, Enterprise)
- Annual plans are billed upfront and receive a discounted rate vs. monthly billing
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
7.3 User Content & Ownership
- You retain full ownership of content you create or upload to the Builder
- You grant NxtDaddy.com a limited license to host, display, and serve your content solely to operate the service
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your website content complies with applicable laws
- NxtDaddy.com is not a publisher or author of your website content
7.4 Free Trial
- A 14-day free trial may be offered at our discretion for new accounts
- No credit card required for trial; full features available during trial period
- At trial end, account is paused unless a paid plan is selected
- Trial data is retained for 30 days post-trial for conversion
7.5 E-Commerce Features
- E-commerce features (product listings, cart, checkout) are available on Business plans and above
- Payment gateway integration is the customer's responsibility; NxtDaddy.com does not process payments
- Prohibited product categories include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and adult content
7.6 SaaS Availability & Updates
- The Builder is updated regularly; we reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features
- We will provide 30 days notice before removing features used by active subscribers
- Planned maintenance will be scheduled during low-traffic hours (2:00–5:00 AM IST)
7.7 Data Portability
Upon cancellation or plan expiry, you may export your website content in standard formats (HTML/CSS/JS, image files, CSV for e-commerce data) within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
7.8 White-Label / Reseller Terms
- White-label and reseller usage of the Builder requires a separate Reseller Agreement
- You may not sublicense, resell, or offer the Builder as your own product without written consent
- White-label partners must comply with all underlying platform policies
