In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NxtDaddy.com in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NxtDaddy.com, Laraware Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you post or transmit through the Platform.
10.5 Force Majeure
NxtDaddy.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, pandemics, or cyberattacks.
