Customers should maintain supported software versions, remove unused plugins/accounts, use strong passwords and follow security recommendations.
Abuse and instability
Services causing repeated resource exhaustion, security risk or network instability may be temporarily restricted while remediation is completed.
Migrations
Migration assistance is subject to source compatibility, access, data size and selected plan. Exact migration scope should be confirmed before commitment.
