Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use Noder360 services lawfully and responsibly.

Prohibited use

Users must not use services to:

• Host malware, ransomware, malicious scripts or harmful payloads
• Conduct unauthorized access, scanning, intrusion or credential attacks
• Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Host phishing, impersonation or deceptive content
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute illegal content
• Abuse network resources or deliberately degrade other users' services
• Operate botnets or attack infrastructure
• Circumvent security, limits or access controls
• Store or process data without appropriate authority

Resource fairness

Shared services require fair use of CPU, memory, storage, processes, email and network resources. Sustained abnormal use may require optimization, upgrade, temporary restriction or migration.

Enforcement

Noder360 may investigate complaints, request remediation, restrict affected services or suspend service where necessary to protect users, systems or comply with applicable obligations.
