Backup scope

Backup frequency, retention, storage location and restore options depend on the service plan. Not every service includes managed backups.

Customer responsibility

Customers should maintain independent backups of business-critical information and not rely on a single backup source.

Restore requests

Restore availability depends on retained restore points and data integrity. A successful restore cannot be guaranteed for every incident.

Account termination

After service termination or expiry, active data and backups may be deleted after the product-specific retention period. Customers should export required data before cancellation or expiry.

Legal/security retention

Certain logs or records may be retained longer where reasonably required for security, audit, contractual or legal purposes.
